WeLoveTime crew installing a mirror wall and equipment in a Houston commercial gym
Commercial Gym · Mirror Wall & Equipment

Warehouse reconfiguration and facility reset for warehouse managers, 3PLs, industrial property managers and facility managers: the layout changes, the shelving moves, the workstations, guards, cages and signage go in, the office gets installed, and the floor is back in production on the date you set. One project lead, crews scaled to the square footage, nights and weekends so operations keep running. Specialty subcontractors, where the scope needs them, are coordinated under the same plan; engineered racking stays with racking specialists.

How a reset is run

1 · Walkthrough

A walk with the facility manager, the layout and the date. Scope and crew count in writing within a day.

2 · Sequence

The floor is reset in zones so operations keep running: one zone down, the rest working.

3 · Crew

Crews scaled to the square footage, nights and weekends where the operation needs them.

4 · Daily report

Zones done, zones next, blockers, photos.

5 · Handover

A walk of every zone against the plan, photos, sign-off.

Best fit

  • A move, expansion or facility reconfiguration
  • Multiple installation scopes: shelving, workstations, guards, signage, office
  • A deadline-driven project with the floor still operating
  • Specialty subcontractors to coordinate under one plan

Smaller one-off jobs are welcome on the residential side of the site; this page is for projects that need a crew and a project lead.

Next steps

Vendor readiness

  • Texas LLC (WeLoveTime LLC, Houston), insured; certificate of insurance before mobilization
  • W-9 on request; background checks and site badging available when required
  • Site orientation, escort and after-hours rules accepted; NDA accepted
  • One named project lead per engagement; daily photo closeout

Questions, answered

Can you work while the warehouse is operating?

Yes. The reset is sequenced in zones, and most of the heavy moving is done at night or over a weekend so receiving and shipping keep running.

Do you supply shelving and fixtures?

You or your supplier do; we receive, assemble, install and anchor. If you are still specifying, send the layout and we will tell you what the floor and the plan need.

What about pallet racking, permits and engineering?

Engineered racking systems, their engineering and permits stay with racking specialists; we install shelving, fixtures and everything around the racking to the approved plan.

How is a reset priced?

From the layout and the walkthrough: a crew-day rate or one project price, in writing, agreed before mobilization.
