Pearland homes are mostly 2000s two-stories with orange-peel texture, plus older ranch houses near the old townsite with plaster walls that take paper differently.
Half the Pearland homes we see have a previous layer of paper under the paint in the bath or dining room. We test the wall first and price removal separately, so the number you get is the number you pay.
Shadow Creek Ranch, Silverlake, Southern Trails, Green Tee Terrace, Southlake, Pearland Old Townsite and Lakes of Highland Glen. Pearland is 30 minutes south of our shop on SH-288, so a same-week slot is usual and a same-day look at the wall is often possible.
