League City homes are mostly 2000s builds with orange-peel texture, tall living rooms and an office by the entry, plus waterfront homes on Clear Lake with big humidity swings the paper has to live with.
Bay-area humidity is the League City detail: we prime with a sealer that keeps moisture out of the seams and choose adhesive for the paper and the room, so the edges stay down through the summer.
South Shore Harbour, Tuscan Lakes, Victory Lakes, Westover Park, Magnolia Creek, Bay Colony and Hidden Lakes. League City is 35 minutes southeast of our shop on I-45, so a same-week slot is usual and a same-day look at the wall is often possible.
