Five framed prints installed in the waiting room of a Houston oil and gas company office

A clinic opening is 15–20 rooms and about 220 pieces that all have to be in place on the same morning: furniture, TV, shelving, art, wall protection, accessories, dispensers and signage, cabinet by cabinet, room by room. We install it in one planned push, often Friday evening to Monday opening, so a running practice never closes a day. One project lead, a crew scaled to the room count, a photo set per room for the practice manager, and medical equipment left to the vendors who commission it.

Weekend installation: Friday evening to Monday opening

For a refresh of a running practice, the install is planned as one weekend: deliveries staged Friday, rooms installed Saturday and Sunday, a walk with the practice manager Sunday evening, patients Monday morning. For a new opening, the same push is scheduled against the opening date.

What goes into a clinic

  • Furniture: exam-room and waiting-room furniture, desks, casework placement, assembly and anchoring
  • Walls: TV, art, mirrors, shelving, wall protection, dispensers, grab bars, signage and room IDs
  • Accessories: privacy curtains and tracks, window treatments
  • Punch list: the last items before the opening walk
  • Documentation: a photo set per room for the practice manager and the landlord

Questions, answered

Can you install over one weekend?

Yes, for most clinic refreshes and many openings: deliveries Friday, rooms Saturday and Sunday, walk Sunday evening, patients Monday.

Do you install medical equipment?

No. Equipment is installed and commissioned by its vendors; we install everything around it and coordinate the sequence.

Do you work in occupied practices?

Yes, after hours and weekends, with rooms protected and cleaned before the next clinic day.

How is an opening priced?

From the room list and the schedule: written project pricing before mobilization.
