Upholstered panel and mirror composition wall installed in a River Oaks hotel lounge, Houston
Hotel Lounge · River Oaks · Panels & Mirrors

Hospitality work has four problems that never change: the property stays occupied, the rooms roll out in phases, five installation scopes have to be coordinated in each room, and the reopening date is fixed. WeLoveTime runs the installation side of that: block schedules, one project lead across wallcovering, drapery, art, mirrors, TV and FF&E, inspection per block, and the closeout the renovation PM needs. Owners, management companies, renovation PMs, FF&E procurement, designers and GCs send the finish schedule; the plan comes back in writing.

Who sends us the package

  • Hotel owners and management companies: a PIP, a rebrand or a refresh with a date the brand set
  • Renovation PMs: one installation sub across five scopes instead of five subs to sequence
  • FF&E procurement: receiving, staging and placement on the property, room by room
  • Hospitality designers: the spec book installed as drawn, photographed per room
  • General contractors: the installation and closeout scopes at the end of a hospitality build

The four problems and what we do about each

Occupied renovation

Blocks of 10–20 rooms out of service at a time; corridors protected; hours set by the property.

Phased rollout

An installation schedule per block, rolling to the next block after inspection.

Coordination

One project lead across wallcovering, drapery, art, mirrors, TV and FF&E.

Fixed dates

The schedule is built backwards from the reopening date and reported daily.

Closeout

Photo set per room, punch closed per block, sign-off with your PM.

Best fit

  • Phased guestroom rollouts on an occupied property
  • Several installation scopes per room
  • A fixed renovation schedule and reopening date
  • Lobby, lounge and amenity-space installs between phases

Smaller one-off jobs are welcome on the residential side of the site; this page is for projects that need a crew and a project lead.

Next steps

Vendor readiness

  • Texas LLC (WeLoveTime LLC, Houston), insured; certificate of insurance before mobilization
  • W-9 on request; background checks and site badging available when required
  • Site orientation, escort and after-hours rules accepted; NDA accepted
  • One named project lead per engagement; daily photo closeout

Questions, answered

Do you work with the renovation GC or directly with the owner?

Either. On a GC-led renovation we are the installation sub with one lead; on an owner-led refresh we work from the management company's schedule.

Can you take only one scope, for example drapery?

Yes. Single-scope packages across many rooms are regular work; the block schedule is the same.

Do you work outside Houston?

Greater Houston is the base; property-scale packages elsewhere in Texas are taken by request with travel and lodging in the project price.
