What do you do before a listing?
Everything on the walls and windows: hang the art and mirrors, install drapery or blinds, paper an accent wall, mount the TV, remove the old hardware and fill the holes. One visit, then the photographer comes.
How fast can you turn a listing around?
Send the address and photos today, get the scope today. Most pre-listing visits are booked within the week and finished in one day, so the photos can follow within 48 hours of the job.
Can you work in an occupied home, or only vacant?
Both. In occupied homes we protect floors and furniture and work around the family; in vacant homes we can meet the stager, the photographer or use the lockbox.
Who pays and who gets the invoice?
Whoever you tell us. Usually the scope is agreed with you and the invoice goes to the owner; some teams carry it in their listing budget. Payment after the work is done.
Do you work with several of my listings?
Yes, that is the point of a trade partner: one number to text, the same crew, the same standard on every property. Designers and stagers get the same arrangement.
