We meet the truck, check the count against the packing list and stage by room or by cluster, so nothing is hunted for on install day.
Workstations, cubicles, private offices, seating, files, lockers and casework built to the floor plan and the manufacturer’s manual, levelled, anchored where required and adjusted.
Existing panels and components taken apart and re-stacked into the new layout, with parts reused where they fit and a list of what is missing.
An office relocation planned room by room: disassembly, protection, labelling, reinstall to the new plan and the first-day punch.
Teardown, palletising and haul-out to your liquidator or recycler, with photographs and a count for the landlord file.

Large occupiers in Houston rarely buy "take this desk apart". They buy a crew that owns the physical side every time a floor changes: a department moves, a lease ends, a building is handed back, furniture is redeployed to another site instead of being bought again. That is dismantling, removal, reuse and disposal coordination, done floor by floor with a count and photographs the facilities team can file.
We are built for that way of working: one project lead who learns your buildings, site safety training, badging and escort rules accepted, COI and W-9 on file, nights and weekends so the floors below keep working, and the same written report after every phase. The first engagement is usually one floor; what makes it an account is that the second one needs no explaining.
Smaller one-off jobs are welcome on the residential side of the site; this page is for projects that need a crew and a project lead.
Dealers and contractors keep their own paperwork: we install to your floor plan and your numbering, mark up the plan as the floor is built, report each day with photographs, and hand over a punch list in the format your client already reads. Nothing new for your team to learn, and your name stays on the job.
The whole suite reset, not only the furniture.

Open →No. You, your dealer or your designer buy it; we are the installation side. If the furniture is still being chosen, send the plan and we will tell you what the install will need: access, elevator time, power locations and how long the floor will be out of use.
Yes, and that is a large part of this work: we install under the dealer’s schedule and name, keep their paperwork and send the photo set for their client.
Yes. Panels and components are taken apart and re-stacked to the new layout; we reuse what fits and give you a list of the parts that are missing before the day, not after it.
Yes, room by room: disassembly, labelling, protection, reinstall to the new plan and the first-day punch list. Long-haul transport is booked with your mover; we plan around it.
We tear down, palletise and load out to the liquidator or recycler you choose, and hand over photographs and a count for the landlord file. We do not buy or value used furniture.
A licensed electrician. We set the panels and the whips as the manufacturer requires, and the final connection stays with your electrical contractor.
That is how this work is best done: one project lead who knows your buildings, your safety training and badging, your reporting format, and the same written closeout after every phase. The first engagement is usually a single floor.
From the floor plan and the furniture count: a crew-day rate or one project price, written and agreed before anyone mobilizes.
