Each is its own page with its own scope and request form. Send the problem, not a job title.
The project is 95% done, turnover is close and the punch list keeps growing. One crew finishes mounting, hardware, signage, repairs and touch-ups.

Typical profiles we staff and schedule for; every engagement gets its own written scope, crew count and dates. Multi-crew staffing is scaled to the scope under one project lead.
You send the punch list, plans or photos. One project lead reads them the same business day.
A walk of the site within 48 hours when the scope needs it.
Scope, crew count, schedule and one price in writing, with what stays with your licensed trades.
Equipped crews with their own tools, badged, nights and weekends when the building needs them.
Photos per item and per room, a punch-list walk with you, sign-off.
Stop chasing five subs to finish the last 5%. One crew for the closeout scopes, the labor gaps and the schedule recovery.
For GCs →08One vendor for turnovers, repairs and installation across the portfolio. The goal is the approved-vendor list, not one project.

Houston →The physical work of installation, closeout and reset: mounting, hardware, furniture and fixtures, signage, wallcovering, drapery, patch and paint, repairs. Each engagement is written as a scope with crew count, schedule and one price.
Staffing is scaled to the scope: one crew for a 150-item punch list, several crews under one project lead for a hotel floor. The crew count is written into the scope before mobilization.
Yes. The certificate of insurance and the W-9 go to your file before the crew mobilizes, with any background-check or badging forms the site requires.
Licensed trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and structural work stay with your licensed contractors. We do the physical work around them and keep them in the sequence.
Yes. Most closeouts and refreshes are done when the trades are off the floor or the building is quiet, including Friday-to-Monday weekend installs.
Greater Houston is the operating base. Property-scale packages elsewhere in Texas are taken by request, with travel and lodging written into the project price.
